Red Water Chiller is mainly used for red water circulation cooling of carcasses produced by poultry slaughtering line or chicken slaughterhouses (2000-13500birds/h). By adopting ejecting liquid supply technology, the structure design of falling film shell and tube heat exchanger, careful selection of control elements and rigorous setting of the control program, Red Water Chiller can provide stable and reliable ice water at about 0.3~1ºC.
To fully guarantee the chicken water's reasonable, pre-cooling time, poultry ketone body can be cooled to below 4 ºC; At the same time, the low water temperature effectively inhibited microbial reproduction. The quality of chilled products is good, the quick freezing heat load is greatly reduced.

Red Water Chiller Technical Processing
Advantage
1. Energy saving -- the temperature before quick-freezing is cooled from 20-10ºC to 4ºC, and the heat load of this part is turned to -7ºC directly. -25 ~ -30 ºC flake ice system is upgraded to -7ºC, with a total energy saving of over 51%
2. Water saving - pre-cooling water is cooled and circulated. Innovates the pre-cooling water cooled through the flake ice and decreases water consumption.
3. Hygiene - food machinery design, CIP automatic cleaning, multiple cleaning technology

For cold storage equipment, the lead time is 60-80days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.
Q5.What is the Payment term?
A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.
Q6. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.
Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.
