Product Description

The FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) fan specially developed for the transverse flow cooling tower by spender manufacturing co., LTD. (with large rotation arc length, large intake surface, the noise during operation is concentrated on the tail of the blade, so as to minimize the noise generated by the transmission part). The three-dimensional filling material structure slows down the water flow speed. The water pressure of the inlet can be 0 through the natural gravity distribution of the perforated plate, and the water drops can flow directly into the water through the precise water level control of the inlet float valve, almost eliminating the water flow noise.

High Exchange Area and Less Land Area

The filler is manufactured by using the patented technology (composite sinusoidal structure) of Spindler manufacturing co., LTD., Japan. The filler is formed by 100% raw material vacuum adsorption. The water can form a uniform water film on the surface of the filling material, so as to realize sufficient contact between water and wind, expand the heat transfer area, extend the residence time of water on the surface of the filling material, greatly improve the heat transfer effect, and reduce the land area.

 

Energy-saving and Less Water Loss

Because the filling material design conforms to the principle of fluid mechanics, the axial flow fan made of FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) is adopted, and the ventilation tube of the axial flow fan is made into a funnel shape, thus greatly reducing the power required by the fan. The advanced waterproof spatter structure on both sides of the filling material eliminates the spatter loss of water. The fan system with very low rotating speed avoids bringing out a large amount of water due to excessive air volume and too fast wind speed, making the loss of floating water reach below 0.01%. The ball float valve adopts a single lever mechanism, which makes the sensitivity of the automatic feed water switch reach the world's leading level, effectively saves the consumption of water, and ensures the normal operation of the cooling pump at the same time.

 

Strong resistance to corrosion and rust

All steel (including structural framework, spattering tank, piping tank, fasteners, etc.) are all made of hot-dip galvanized, completely referring to the Japanese industrial standard (JISH 8641-1982), which is superior to the domestic standard (GB/ t13912-9). The adhesion capacity is above 500g/m2, which reaches the domestic standard of hot-dip galvanized for Marine, and the service life can reach more than 25 years. The blade is made of excellent FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) material, the corrosion resistance is much better than the aluminum alloy blade, and it can completely meet the service life of the whole machine

Coil pipes made of high-efficiency and superb-corrosion resistance phophorus-deoxidized seamless copper pipes, lean disposal make fluid easy to drain out; Inner type of spray pipes saving outside space, not only make the tower outside look nice but also easy to overhaul and maintain.

For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.

For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.

A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.

 

Q6. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?

A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.

Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.
