Application
Reciprocating compressors are widely applied in marine food low-temperature processing, refrigerated shipment, and air conditioning under the condition of less than or equal to 40C of condensing temp, evaporative temp of+5C ~-30C for single-stage, and -25C ~-45C for dual-stage.
Marine super-low temp. the reciprocating compressor could be reached -70 C of evaporative temp at the lowest, which could be applied in super-low temp freezing and refrigerating system, such as tuna processing, etc.

Features
*      Marine reciprocating compressors include three models, single-stage, single dual-stage, and super-low temp.
*      All of them belong to high-speed, multi-cylinder, and counter1ow type compressors.
*      The unit is equipped with a capacity adjustment device to realize no-load starting, equipped with an oil charge/discharge valve to make it possible to charge lubrication oil in running condition.
*      The compressor package unit is composed of compressor, motor, control board, etc.
*      Besides that, the single dual-stage compressor is equipped with an intercooler as well.
*      All units are equipped with high efficient oil separator and auto oil return device.
*      Above elements are mounted in a common base.
*      The control board includes high and middle-pressure relay, oil pressure relay, which could protect the compressor to be safe and reliable.
*      To ensure reliability during the voyage, all the marine reciprocating compressors should be tested on a swinging experimental bench

Q3.What is the Trade Term?

A3: We accept Ex-work factory , FOB Dalian, CNF or CIF, as your requirement. 

 

Q4.How long is our Production leading time?

A4: It depends on type of equipment.

For cold storage equipment, the lead time is 60-80days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.

For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.

For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.

 

Q5.What is the Payment term?

A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.

 

Q6. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?

A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.

Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.

 

Q7. What are your terms of packing?

A7: Packing: export worthy package suitable for container transportation.
