Gray cast iron
Gray iron is characterized by the flake morphology of graphite molecules in metal. When the metal breaks, it breaks along the graphite sheet, making it gray on the broken metal surface. The name of gray iron comes from this feature.
In the production process, the size and matrix structure of graphite sheet can be controlled by adjusting the cooling rate and composition. Gray cast iron is not as ductile as other forms of cast iron, and its tensile strength is also low. However, it is a good thermal conductor with high vibration damping level. It has 20 ~ 25 times higher damping capacity than steel and is superior to all other cast iron. Grey cast iron is also easier to process than other cast iron. Its wear resistance makes it one of the largest cast iron products.

Cast iron is melted from iron carbon alloy with carbon content greater than 2%. After melting, the metal is poured into the mold. Cast iron contains 2-4% carbon and other alloys and 1-3% silicon, which improves the casting properties of molten metal. There may also be a small amount of manganese and some impurities, such as sulfur and phosphorus.
The high carbon content in cast iron means that it is solidified as a heterogeneous alloy, so there is more than one microcrystalline structure in the material.
It is the existence of high carbon content and silicon that makes cast iron have excellent casting properties. Different heat treatment and processing technologies are used to produce various types of cast iron, including gray cast iron, white cast iron, malleable cast iron, nodular cast iron and vermicular cast iron

For cold storage equipment, the lead time is 60-80days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.
Q5.What is the Payment term?
A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.
Q6. During shipping, if there is damage to products, how do you get a replacement?
A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.
Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.
